Guests will enjoy drinks and delicious canapés, bao buns plus something a little more substantial that each feature fresh Queensland produce at this three-hour cocktail function.

Our current cocktail menu features 16 delicious savoury canapé choices, eight slider and bao buns choices, plus four small plate or noodle box options. These tasty morsels feature local produce and are complemented with Australian and NZ wines, local and imported beers, and the Coast’s own Buderim Ginger Beer.

Available at locations across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa, a Sublime Beach Signature Event will give you the personal gift of time.

We secure permits and bookings, liaise with authorities, produce all required regulatory plans, and contract security, waste management, superior structures, mobile kitchens, specialist equipment, deluxe rest-room trailers, staffing, specialty linen and styling.
